Hi, I had done a booking through OYO Rooms mobile app for me and my mother at a hotel named Collection O Deccan, Pune. We had initially booked for 5 days from 23rd May, 2021 till 27th May, 2021 but due some itinerary changed, we did a early checkout 1 day before. I had paid the entire amount of ₹ 5299 for 5 nights. But as I checked out early, so contacted OYO for refund and they agreed for 1 day refund amounting to ₹ 1004 to original mode of payment June 6th, 2020. But as of today, 28th June, 2021 despite multiple, I guess 50th follow ups they still haven't refunded my money. They are sending emails, saying we have refunded but it has not been credited to my account yet. It has been more than 1 month. Also, the customer care people are not replying to the query.. Please initiate legal action against these fraud people and get back my money. Was this information helpful? |
