Oyorooms — Refund of booking

I have booked a hotel with booking ID HRK32397 on 15.11.22 and make online payment of Rs 1628.00
On arrival at hotel the manager refused for check in and asked to deposit Rs 5200.00 for booking. On customer support they didn't get any solution and initiated the refund of amount.
On same day On checking it was found that they initiated the refund process but failed. Later again tried to talk customer care but the no provide On app [protected] didn't connect the call with any executive and disconnected again and again.
First thing faced a lots of problems at hotel where denied for check in and second didn't get refund third didn't connecting with customer support.
Very disappointed with all it.
