Looks like Oyo do not have any policy, the only policy is to acquire customer money by all the scams including lying about hotel price while booking, not refunding after wrong booking, putting money as Oyo rupee without customer consent.
However I have got my money refunded from Oyo rupee to back to my bank account.

About the concern, first of all while cancelling the booking didn't saw the option to get the money in bank else would have choosen that only.
Secondly I'm closing my account so do not wish to use Oyo services. So it would be great if you could transfer the money back to my bank account then I can start with account closing process.
I hope you understand and help in the same.
