[Resolved]  Oyorooms — worst experience ever with oyo rooms

Dear Oyo Team,

I have booked north east package from OYO for 8 days for 5 double room occupancy and package i’d is FHS1750 but today i am very much upset with HOTEL Kundau Residency OYO 3109 in Gangtok, no proper response from Reception desk, very very very bad smell in the room, uncomfortable bed and bathroom. The condition of the rooms were very bad. Bed sheets, linens were dirty. Toilet was horrible. Ambience was very bad. My wife is not felling well as she is vomiting continue headache due to the smell in room i cannot tolerate this rooms any more .
Could not stay a single night. Overall a horrible experience

On the whole It was a bad experience for our first time stay. This joint is Nasty and the staff is RUDE to a fault.

Also had word with jyoti from Oyo [protected] but no proper response . I was not expecting this type of behaviour from OYO

We need to change the hotel on today basis or else we need our payment back, please look into the matter on urgent basis or else we will file legal case against OYO .
