hotel manager told me refund is process but now refund team not release refund amount so pls do need full

    Hello All...

    Myself Ramana from Hyderabad...

    2 days ago I have been to Bangalore. My bad luck i have booked room from OYO Rooms that too in Worst Hotel (Udipi Inn in Yashwantpura, Bangalore).

    Very Bad Experience of mine... From Check In to Check out.

    1. Room was very Bad
    2. Cockroaches have checked in before me.
    3. Only 2 Hangers were there to hang clothes in which 1 is Broken.
    4. No water Bottle is provided during all My
    stay at Hotel. On my repeated request I have got a Water in a Steel Jug. Which taste some thing different...
    5. No Kitchen to serve Breakfast. They will get parcel of only 1 item from their known Hotel and that too served as Cold Breakfast and Cold tea.
    6. They have charges me 1550 which doesn't even worth 500.
    7. Even after several calls / Mails / Feedback messages.. No One has responded from OYO.
    8. Worst Reception person. In my 1 day stay they have called me 5 to 6 times for doing payment.
    9. Even in InteriorsPlaces these kind of hotels I have not seen...
    9. Left over food of previous guest who occupied the room earlier than me.
    10. TV was not working when I was checked in Later rectified...

    If we have this kind of experience will we go to that hotel again...

    So friends pls don't book rooms with OYO at all as they will show Good images in Website but we will face lot of issues when we experience it Practically...

      Hi Team,

      Yesterday I have visited Oyo 421 hotel & I have done a booking for 3 persons & the girl who was on reception ..I have taken a approval from her that one of my friend will be going to visit ...she said it's ok just tell your friend to show the Id proof...Nearby about 2 o clock we have visited the hotel & we received a call from hotel at 4 o clock that we have to check out right now & her statement is this that " we don't allow these type of guests".And after that we have came to reception & asked them to give us a refund where they all denied ...Yesterday I have called up several times to your customer care ...I didn't got any proper response from your managers ...Is it the right way the way that hotel & oyo treat their guests..I am expecting a call back .

        I have raised the complain for my booking in this hotel and also got the commitment from Mr Mahendra and Manish tha I need not to pay anything but they are saying that they have given wrong commitment but could not refund the whole amount and they have not said so would request the management to check the recording from there level. Because Mr Manish on the call confirmed me that I have got wrong commitment from Mahendra so he is going to provide the complimentary stay then thy denied so please check the recording

          Oyo rooms completely failed to provide me even the basic facilities when I stayed in a Oyo home stay in Nainital and upon lodging a complain they kept making excuses and lastly they stopped communicating with me. I sincerely request everyone not to stay in Oyorooms and following were my concerns related to the place I stayed and with the Oyo team.

          the list of problems me and my family faced at the Oyo home stay:

          1. Electric sockets were not working in bedrooms, we had to leave our phones in drawing room (ground floor) while
          charging.
          2. Water supply was inconsistent, many a times we had to call care taker to arrange water.
          3. Out of three, two Geysers were not working.
          4. We were not guided as to what is kept where and upon asking we ere replied with a blunt voice that we should search
          for things, this is not a hotel.
          5. Fan regulator were not working, fan was either switched off or ran at full speed due to which we could not sleep
          properly as either we felt uncomfortable or cold.
          6. Out of the three people there, one caretaker was very rude and he kept making excuses for our all the concerns. The
          other two only appeared at the check-in time around.

          Please also note down concerns while dealing with OYO team:

          1. When I talked to OYO captain there, he said sir if you have checked out I can not do much. He could only ensure that
          these problems don't happen again so that guests coming next are not troubled.
          2. Oyo got back to me saying that Home-stay caretaker is saying that everything was fine except the geyser issue,
          meaning that customer is lying. When I requested that OYO should send their captain immediately to the home-stay
          location to verify my concerns there was not satisfactory reply. That means OYO doesn't have any mechanisms through
          which it can verify customer complaints. And I was repeatedly asked to provide pictures as proof of my complain, Do you think I went to Nainital to take pictures of OYO rooms, why din't you send your executive to the concerned premises to
          verify the complain.
          3. Your channel of resolving customer complain is so lengthy that slowly slowly people will stop using OYO, first I talked to
          OYO captain, then I registered my complain in customer care, then I explained the whole story to minimum of two
          executives separately and then OYO kept calling multiple times, was that all I went to Nainital for?

          I would suggest OYO not to waste my any more time and refund the complete amount of ~ INR 7000 immediately ( and
          not as any sort of promotional code or coupon).

          Yes further assistance is needed, you please refund the complete amount I paid, which is nearly INR 7000. How can you simply apologize for hell lot of mistakes you guys make.
          don't try to escape from this and refund the amount immediately.

            Inspite of our repeated reminders for the last one month you are not refunding me Rs. 25000/- wrongly sent to you against booking ID NXJI 2756. Your rep in Indore who promised to return not picking our phone. We have booked a hotel thru oyo of Rs, 2, 16, 500/- and as per your rep suggestion he himself cancelled the booking and done same booking. I was supposed to pay 6000/- only as advance but wrongly I transferred 25000/- I was not expecting this type of behaviour from OYO. Hope you will return my money. We are one of the biggest corporate in Indore.

              I dont want to use oyo account and it doesn't allow me to do . It doesnt allow me to delete my account or my history .. this is a privacy issue . I dont want to be associated with it .. pls delete my account . I tried multiple times to delete but was ignored .. this is a serious privacy issue and i want it resolved .. i dont want oyo to have all my details and i need to delete my account ..

I want full refund for my last stay, due to non functioning amenities and worst possible customer service by your on call customer experience managers.                 I booked one room on 15th July 2018 in The Alarian Residency in sector38. I was supposed to reach there 12:00Pm but due to Oyo wrost customer service and hotel worst work I reached there at 2Pm, because the hotel is not updated on Google maps and that's why ola driver take me to a different location. Then I ask someone where is sector 38 and after confirmation I got to know I was 20 km far away from the hotel the directions are not updated on Oyo app too. Then after struggling and paying a good amount to ola and local auto I reached there in hotel. Then hotel refuse to provide me room. I got number of hotel manager. I talked him over the call he straight away told me I will not provide you room do whatever you want. The exact words are " mere ek room ka kharcha 900 RS h tu muje 800 RS dega. Room h mere pass but tune dunga nahi Jo kar sakta ho kar le. Oyo pe depend nahi hu Mai." These are the words used by your hotel partner.

                  It is very hurtful as i tried calling so many times but no response from oyo. As oyo is not allowing to delete the booking history which can be very dangerous privacy issue if fallen in wrong hands. i don't want to get in the trouble. any fraudulent can use that record for blackmailing purpose so want to get my details and booking history deleted.

                    I was made booking in haridwar . I was travelling from Delhi to haridwar after a long travel just reach to city guest house your hotel and gate was locked and no one picking the call i An standing at hotel gate and looking for A help after so many call no one responds then I was looking for next hotel and at haridwar it's very hard to get a hotel in haridwar . That time I face a situation that I can't able to convey and that time I m with my better half she is also very tired . How can I Handel that situation . Just resolve my issue .                       Very bad experience infact worst experience total fraud. I am getting the email from oyo that your room number is 113 and my room number was 122 I checked in the room which I saw in oyo booking doesn’t relate to the room I checked into. I informed hotelier that I will check in late night 2 am after the booking and they said ok. And after I reached the hotel they were having no room they said wait for 10 min it took 30 mins and one couple was shifted somewhere from the room I received. Totally unhieginic room dirty. I told waiter to clean the room he replied there is no clean boy. Bed sheet I told him to change and the bed sheet he changed was wet. Even quilt cover was wet . Kindly see the pics and never book this hotel. Oyo doesn’t check what the hotelier is doing. This hotel is indulged in wrong practices.

                        I was unfortunate enough to partner with Oyo rooms last year. They promised me approx 9lakh revenue from my 3bhk . so keeping the predicted data sheet in mind that Oyo gave me, i signed up for a total 3 properties.
                        After more than 6 months, the situation is this- all three properties combined (8 rooms) HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GENERATE EVEN 2.3 Lakh.
                        The operational and marketing team is so bad that i now have ratings of 3* on my properties and the occupancy is not even half of what they said. Not to forget the room rates which as unbelievably low. Rooms are going for as low as 400rs per night, OUT OF WHICH IM GETTING only 100RS as owner share!!
                        They keep approx 60 to 70% percent of the revenue and now are offering me 50% since i know every single strategy of Oyo for looting owners, their own business partners.
                        So oyo, i ask you this -How is the 50% share justified to oyo if you cant live up to your deliverables as mentioned in the contract. OYO's 30% share for marketing is unjustified because they occupancy and Room rates are not 1/3 of what was promised. OYO's 20% for housekeeping is even more unfair because the rooms are filthy, the ratings are very poor and the ground staff is incompetent. I have to attent to the guests myself half the time.
                        Now that im trying to get out of this parasitic partnership, Oyo is using other tactics to stall the proceedings
                        Kindly help me get rid of Oyo from my house, it is the most deceitful company in India. Fooling not just customers but its own partners blatantly. The people on whose properties Oyo is doing its business, Oyo is sucking them dry with unethical business practices.

                          Oyo doesn't allow me to delete booking history either on the app or even when i have called them multiple times. This is a privacy issue and oyo doesn't seem to be bothered even after multiple requests. I'm greatly aggrieved and want my details removed immediately so it doesn't fall in wrong hands.
                          Such data can be used to blackmail unsuspecting people and fraudulent transactions too could happen

                            Harassment in Oyo 9341 mascot pentazz.

                            I booked the room for 8th to 9th of July.
                            Checked in late at night around
                            01:30am.

                            We were given 3 different dirty rooms.
                            Unhygienic washrooms which are not cleaned. Water not coming. AC not working. Eventually the last room looked okay and I took it.

                            After exactly 5 minutes I sat on the bed and the bed was wet but was covered with the blanket.
                            Next what I saw as I removed the blanket, the best was absolutely dirty and wet with some tea or some brown colour thing. Half of the bed was wet and it was disgusting.
                            I called the reception and called the guy to come and check the room ( 3rd room we shifted to).

                            Now, this guy comes in and checks it.
                            I asked him what it was. No answer.
                            Then he started saying that I had done it!
                            Here he started to raise his voice and I answered him 20times that I didn't do it.
                            We had nothing but a water bottle I'm the room and it had been 5mins that we had entered the room. We didn't order tea or anything with looked like that.

                            At first I thought he was scared that I will put a complaint against them and that's why he is behaving this way but then one more guy came inside the room.

                            Both of them started shouting very loudly and became physical with me.

                            I has a female friend with me who got so scared & I was scared too. I told them that we're leaving and to get out of the room so we could take our stuff, but they didn't leave and started threatening us.
                            I told them I'll call the cops.
                            And we started to leave.
                            As I walked down, there were 2-3 more guys who were there who worked the or maybe not. And they locked the main gate.

                            In short,
                            "the bed was wet and dirty,
                            We called the guy,
                            He came and started blaming us.
                            Started shouting.
                            Another guy came inside the room.
                            Bout got aggressive and became physical when I told them that we're leaving and to get out of the room so we can pack.
                            More guys came when we were going downstairs and locked the main gate.

                            I was scared for my life and also my friend is under shock because of this.

                            We got scared of this whole scene and left somehow in our car.

                            This is extreme!

                            I have photos and videos to support the same.

                            If no action is taken against the hotel
                            I will take it as my personal responsibility to make that hotel shut down.
                            I will go and get an FIR done for the same.

                              I had booked an Oyo in Bangalore and had been given a discount of Rs. 123 for instant payment. When I reached the hotel I got to know that there was a pending payment for the same amount (Rs. 123).
                              Then I tried to contact it's customer care which I couldn't after trying to reach the customer care number [protected]
                              After 2 days i got a call at 2300hrs which I couldn't pick up as it was too late. Next day I tried to contact again where I talked to 3 different people. The first 2 didn't know about the discount Oyo offers for instant payment. One of them claimed to be the senior most member of Oyo and when I asked for a justification for the wrongful pending payment, he didn't speak. I asked him for his name and he said that he won't tell me. Lastly he was scared of me taking an action against him, as I got to know his name, he told me that he'd give me a complementary stay/coupons and cut the call on my face.
                              The next person also said that I'd solve your problem within 10 minutes but he called me again for being sorry that he couldn't solve my problem and told me that I will have to pay the amount no matter what.
                              I asked him to make the senior most team if Oyo contact me and he refused.
                              Now the last option I have is to move to the final destination where I can actually get the answers and justice is the courts.

                              I really wish I had booked my hotel with some other site except for Oyo as it's not just the issues with the Oyo customer care, but the hotels Oyo has given 4.5 ratings too which don't even have the basic amenities.

                              I really need to get my problem solved if at all the customer review and their horrible experience matters to them otherwise I'll take this way further in my own way.
                              It's not just this problem I mentioned but there's 4 more grievances that are there.

                                This complaint is against the hotel property (unhygienic environment, worst washroom its like sealing is leaking with dranage water), beds are smelling like anything, ) and also staff is like they dont know how to talk they literally shouting on us specially mr. Sanjay bawara, i have complained about this to oyo from the first day, around 18 times i called there to change room, but there is no response from there end... This is my worst experience with oyo...
                                This whole trip pf mine is just a wast of money...

                                I will just say this as this type of service will u continue then know one will use your service...

                                  Team..while booking the room.i was said two queen beds with one single mattress would be provided and I was allotted with two twin size bed with extra mattress. I also received Meg's from oto stating my room munber is 310 though I checked in 105. I made several calls but no proper response from your side.                                     I booked a hotel on 3rd of July to 5th of July in above mentioned hotel. I faced multiple issues in the hotel, tried to contact the concerned person from the oyo and these guys were not giving a damn about the issue.
                                    Issue below:
                                    1. No hot water.
                                    2. towels are too dirty and stinky.
                                    3. no food/tea order on time.
                                    4. no parking facility.
                                    5. worst part was they severed tap water to us and that took me and my dad to hospital. spoiled my entire trip. I am still not feeling well.

                                    I want to take serious action against the company as they are just ignoring my complain and I want my full money back in my account.

                                      I was provided an OYO room in Hotel Amber palace, Dehradun by Make India Journey, When we arrived, the hotel had no name board, no operational lift, No AC, no dustbins in rooms, the toilet cover was falling on one's back, The place was not operational before they started renting out. When complained, each room was not operational and they offered to move us to third floor without lift !!!
                                      we were charged 6500 for 2 rooms, a very high price with no facilities.

                                      Since we had to sleep there to leave to Bangalore next morning, I demand that half my money may be refunded.

                                      I stay in one of the room of oyo. Here there is no facility of free drinking water. If you need water for drinking, you have to purchase water bottle every time, which is very abnormal thing.
                                      If someone is staying for 1 week in hotel, then he will have to pay more then Rs. 500 for only water.
