pathetic service and false promises

I had booked a room for my guests at oyo townhouse 011 esplanade, kolkata vide booking id no. Roiw9380 for 2 night stay (Check in 3/7/18 and check-out5/7/18)

I was charged ₹9238 i. E. ₹4619 per day.

On arrival a small room was provided. The bed sheet, towels and pillow covers were unwashed and smelly. The toilet was also filthy and smelly.

Its proved that oyo is fraud company. Your parner corporate in took early check in price price of 200 along with gst @12 %. But not upadated in the oyo system.

N dispite of regulat complaint and follow-up.

Its not updated in system.

I want gst invoice with all details of corporate in bill. But oyo people only passing my time and unable to help me.

I called the customer care to cancel the booking immediately as I couldn't do it from my end as I had given my friend's number under whose name the booking was done.

Customer care representative was not helpful and said I would be getting another call within the next few minutes which never happened.

1 - the rooms are smelling badly
2 - i have put all the languages in my rooms the workers denied because i had come early in the morning and lift was also not working...

Dear oyo,

I have made the booking yesterday and went to your oyo property and made the full payment from my credit card

But instead of recieving the confirmation email from your side i have received the cancellation booking email.

How come its possible.

customer service has not resolved my issue in 5 days and will not call me back

I tried to check into an oyo hotel on friday and was denied check in because i am a foreigner. Apparently there are lots of oyo hotels that don't accept foreigners. I paid for the room online via a travel website, which didn't have a disclaimer. Oyo customer service placed me in another hotel nearby, the royal crown. I did not choose this hotel. Then they told me that i would have to pay 1700 rupees more, even though this wasn't my fault....
