This is complaint against local internet services provider, due to amphan strom they won't be available internet connection more then 14 to 15 days, but time to time they are sending the sms of expiry due date, every month. Otherwise your internet connections has been discontinued. Any its there logics.
Here i seem some technically disrupted has been made during smooth internet connections, they were changing some technically configuration settings may be mac address that seem your running modem or routers is not working properly. And they're push enforcing to sales there router then its working properly.
If you can not do this then you will not get perfect services form them.
I have requested many times to pmpl [protected] numbers nobody pickup the phone and now every time engaged.
My request is stopped being fooled local people.

    Hi team,

    This is quite a major concern now, since lockdown most of our locality people are working from home and its really the worst connection.

    Now the question arise why not shifting to some other line, however due to the local cable operator no other line can come in this locality.

    We have raised several complaints however no one has given any priority now the connection is total down and when it is up its very slow and fluctuating.

    Kindly do some needful.

      As i stated above my operator name santra cable network, sheakhala, hooghly, does not provide necessary items that they promising while taking a new connection, they provide only cat5 wire while pledging for web c cable and an onu router to me. My user name sumon_scn3. They did not have any brochure regarding their new connection rate and refused to provide any cash receipt either for a new connection or renew one.
      Kindly take necessary action regarding this matter asap.

        Very much disappointed as the internet connection is very poor. Using itf or last 5days, but every day i suffered down internet. I'd never recommend anyone to use meghbela broadband anymore

          Since the 20th of may, there have been total disruption in the service of the broadband at the bakultala, circle hut kalibari location. I understand there was a cyclone and the connection had been broken due to that. However, there have been no acknowledgment from the local service provider regarding the same neither from the company about the loss of the connection or any progress of when it shall be resolved. I am a working person, right now working from home due to lockdown and my work is completely internet based. I had facing disruption in the internet connection past many days and on complaining to the local service provider have recieved very unethical behavior as well. This time it is getting out of hands!! Please look into the matter asap, as my work is at stake here.

            I am from west bengal siuri. Sir i use this internet from past two months. First i feel great when i get 40 - 50 ping in my pubg game play. After 2 or 3 weeks the ping is so high and some times are server disconnect on my game. And i not play my game. Download speed is ok. But when i playing games then ping is too high like 500-900..
            Please fix this

              no internet for half of the day

              I've been a user of pmpl since 2017. The services were really good back then. However, recently there has been internet issues prevailing during day time. I tried contacting the local provider but he had no solution. The details of my user id and number are attached in the photo below. I pay ₹470 per month just to use my phone data during the day.                 I've been using pmpl broadband connection since 10 days by now within these 10 days i'm unable to use internet more than 3 days. From 9th october 2019 to 10 october 2019 no internet. I've called more than 100 times to their toll-free number but didn't get any strong resolution. Such a poor solution team. And also whenever i call to their toll-free it says busy. Maybe after trying an hour continuously it'll get connected and then the'll say they'll be looking into it, but they never do.

                  Ok so i ll be as brief as i can i am living in durgapur bzone shovapur 83 the cable network here is absolute horse crap... Last 3 monts they ignored my constant complaina saying my router was faulty... After i changed my router the same problem goes on everytime it rains the network just disappears its every week i have to call them and complain unless recently the cable provider stopped picking up my calls and the reason being him using cheap quality wires on the first place. I am sick of this and dont know where to go hope you could do something.

                    The broadband is leaving the connection many times a day... Restarting the router is not helpfull. Internet is not working properly and the broadband is getting disconnected during emergency situations. It may happen that in an emergency situation the broadband is leaving the connecion letting the valuable data getting lost. Kindly look into the matter and do the needfull.

                    My if is Gupta_cans. Since last 48 hours my internet service is down, the local dealer has switched off his number wherein Meghbela customer care only asking to contact local dealer.

                      My id is sushant_mb. My internet connection gets off at around 10.15 pm. This has happened two times. At that time if i try to connect at phone no[protected] i find the number as always busy. Another number available with me is[protected] which nobody picks up. The number [protected] also i found that nobody picked up.in the morning the connection is restored.

                      Today i was lucky to get one person of pmpl to talk to in morning. He told me to phone at night time only when my connection gets off. I repeatedly told him that at that time yours lines remain busy but he did not listen to me. I have recordings of whole conversation.

                      I think pmpl is not a professional company. Their complaint redress system is horrible. It is advisable to go for another service provider. Similar incident has happened 6 months back when i had hard time get the internet connection stable.

                      Pmpl must provide some complaint ticketing system which i don't find. Their dependence on telephones is pathetic.

                      Most third class connection i never been seen.
                      Respected Sir, I Manash Chatterjee user of PMPL Broadband from Ichapur (743144). We use to play online gamers like CS:GO and PUBG & COMPETATIVE GAMES ALSO so we need stable connection for that but my connection is unstable, ping loss, disconnect while playing or serfing internet.

                        I am a customer of pacenet meghbela broadband [pmpl] (My user id: ajay_sanu). After net pack recharged the unlimited internet pack (30mbps rs. 590/- per month). I can not use the benefit of this pack in every day / every moments for lower than lower or poor internet download or upload speed. I informed to customer help line[protected] day by day but this problem solved temporarily for some moments. The problem is going on till now... So, i want total expenses recharged money or net pack on this issue as soon as possible by the service provider.

                          Net is very very very slow since 10 days, not surffing any page. Kindly reform me as ur reliabale customer... I am from belgharia; north 24 pargwana. And it is very necious to me to use internet for my daily work... I called your company many times but no responce from there. If it will go continuely then i will leave the internet line recently. Hope u will do the needfull as soon as possible...

                            To the concerned authority,
                            I work near nal stop and is a resident of pimpri area. I need to be at my office atleast by 10am. I wait at the bus stop at 8:30 and get my bus at 8:45am.
                            I have always noticed that the buses that connect between nigdi and kothrud depot and back are always in a very bad condition. The condition is so pathetic that we put our lives on risk while traveling in those buses. So everyday it breaks down at some point and i always have to change my bus. It has now become a daily routine for everyone traveling by this bus.
                            The same applies while back home. There is no buses after 8pm. After 8pm, we need to wait upto 9pm to get the bus back to nigdi

                            I request the concerned authority to do the needful by increasing the number of buses in nigdi-kothrud depot route and back. I also request the concerned authority to provide buses in which people can travel.

                              I am sudipta new customer in your pmpl broadband. My plan name is spice jet (6mbps). But after 6oct night my speed run just 3-4.25mbps. I contact your customer care more then more time but your excutive say that surver is update now and the new plan will be start in pmpl after 1nov, but no improved now. What is this sir??? What is your services??? Really i use broadband??? This is your speed???
                              Please help me now for better service. Either i change my connection in alliance broadband.

                                I spoke to your staff - Saheb Ghosh, he called me from +91-[protected] since I had raised a complaint for my connectivity issue. Saheb Ghosh called me and without understanding what I was saying started being rude and unprofessional. See I am not availing your services for free, I pay Rs. 650 every month. And I don't pay you this money for your rude behavior. I have more option in my locality wherein I can get ISP and I am going to churn out from your services soon and will take it to Consumer Forum for such fraud services against paying Rs. 650 every month.

                                  The most third class service provider, i ever came across. I have used alliance, wishnet during my days in kolkata which was great. Plus the customer service representatives of pmpl acts like the know it all and we customer are donkey.

                                  I use 2mbps plan. I just have a router and a phone, i play world of tanks blitz its a server based game with fps and pings.
                                  During early days of conection my game ping is 70-100 which is very gud. As days go by ping became 130 140. After several days of complaining 1 day 1 lady pick up and she made changes and in matter of 5 mints ping bk to 70-100 just like happy days. 2 days b4 ping bk to 140. I called up. A lady answrd the cl. I showd her my game latency my pinging in cmd. Whch was unstable. She told asia game server ping wil be upto 110. Then i showd her gateway and dns ping whch was gud bt after every 10 to 15 hop there was a spike whch she told it was ok. Then aftr a heatd arguement she told me to play the game and show her. I used side sync, so nw my mobile screen is in laptop. I showd her my ping it was upto 140 150. Then lady asking are u facing problem. I told luk at the ping she told are u facing problem. I said luk, she told me show. Then i told how the # i wil show u minute lags? Wil u understand it? Its nt like my tank is flying. Bt lags in critical situation in nline games make a difference. So pmpl tis is my last mnth. For nline gamer never use pmpl guys. These guys dnt even have a toll free number. I had to waste almst 40 to 50rs in phne bil every alternate day. What a rubish conection. Plus technicians never visit ur hme.

                                    We gamers of durgapur use pmpl hoping to get interruption free internet connection, but what we get are huge lag spikes, constant pings of around 180-300. I have personally never got ping lower than 165. Regions like delhi and hydrabad get aroung 60 ping on the same game and same server! The people here want to switch to alliance broadband services, but the local pmpl distributors are not allowing alliance inside the township. My point is plz improve your services, or let others who can give us better connection...
