I have logged call several times in the no. Of ''[protected]'', but phone was ringing no body like to receive the call as well as to solve the problem. I asked dealer also, he replied this is not my fault, you have to ask customer care.Thats why i am complaining in this forum.
I hope it will be solved.

cannot connect to torrentz.in site since 10.6.2014

every time i try to connect it shows timed out, error, etc. why? while the alliance or siti providor can connect & working swiftly. please help

    Login Problem

    Respected Sir, This to inform you that I am not satisfy with your service. Because most of the day your connection is gone for some time and for resolve it it took long time. I am a new customer Yesterday company are not sending any type of notification to may that they off his connection for long time. after that to day I am try to login but login page will be come and when I enter my user id and password then it will be not logit....

    I, prasun kumar bhattacharjee, user name prasun_swbk, obtained a broadband connection through Starlite Wi-Fi Brod band services (P) Ltd, Halisahar on 28.5.2014. The broad band was commissioned by your techniciaan Mr.Asish and Shibo Ganguli after concert efforts.They have provided me only a Money receipt of Rs.2450/- stating Package charges Rs.400/-Taxes Rs.50 & Registration charges Rs.2000/-. They have obtained my signature on a blank form(in duplicate) reported to be required for office record. As the information printed on that form one copy is original, 2nd copy for local dealer/service provider and the 3rd copy was to be provided to customer duly accepted by concerned authority/service provider.Asking them for 3rd copy they told a photo copy of the Original document duly completed in all respect will be provided within 3 days. Since then even after making so many telephone calls the customer copy of agreement did not provided to me as yet.Today is 25th June i.e.29 days are being elapsed but I did not get my copy of document/agreement. I don't know how this office is being run. Mr.Asish, reported to be your Technician, Mobile No.[protected] & No.[protected], had taken the responsibility of providing the above document and urgent /immediate services during non-commercialisation, if occurred on line. According to the leaflet provided to me and my subscription, I would be treated under Jet classic customer category where a customer is supposed to get minimum speed of 256 kbps and a maximum of 2mbps.Whereas I am getting maximum of 100kbps and that is also at deeper night. It has become very difficult to work at a very low speed.Some time I intended to make a VDO call to my son at Hyderabad that I could not due to the defects either on line or low speed or the reasons better known to you. Maintaining of such Net connection is not appeared to be fruitful to me. More so Mr. Asish who promised me did not bother to attend to my phone even after several calls. My intention was to adopt the Package APP512 and that was told men too.Today I got a SMS on my Mobile for the renewal of my package. Now you tell me what to do with this.If your customer care service is not improved you may not aspect good customer for your business. An early action followed by a suitable reply is requested.     it's really a bad sort that a customer could not know after a lapse of 25 days, what he signed on a agreement. Believing of such organisation is just like foolishness. I can't believe but now it is realizing. The personnel employed by the company are not at all believable/reliable. It proves that there is no control or supervision on them. The service provider does not provide services according to their commitments. It needs to be reconciled/examined immediately to give at least minimum services to their customer or the customers will leave them back. Now I am waiting to see how much time they take to resolve my problem and to reply me as well.

      according to TRAI'S rule, all broadband isp's should give a minimum bandwidth of 512 kbps..bt pmnpl broadband hasn't revised their plan yet.they giving 256 kbps speed worth 400/- rupees.bt the other isp's like wishnet, alliance is giving minimum 512 kbps in rupees 400/- pmpl isn't maintaining their bandwidth also.they need to change their bandwidth to 512 kbps as last bandwidth.but they are keeping 256 kbps as their last bandwidth.
      But what to do, even my local operator does not give me the payslip.Where should be approach for this.

      Speed

      am not getting speed at all..my speed is 60kbps..plz help.what to do?

        Hi,

        The fact is that I took the internet connection of Meghbela Broadband(PMPL) near Andal, Durgapur, Burdwan District, West Bengal. This is wireless connection is just the 'harassment' to me.

        Because after 9 PM IST the internet connection gets disconnected everyday permanently through out the night . I took this connection through one cable operator. after informing this matter, he is ignoring the fact.

        The 24*7 help line as provided in their IP address (log in page) does not work, anyone does not recieve the phone.

        I provided Rupees 618/- to the cable operator for this connection without any authorized receipt, but I think I have been trapped of one 'blunder' and I lost the money.


        Team, request to you that, if you can please take ant step, pressurize the PMPL managements for stopping thier 'blunder business'.

          PMPL is the worst ISP ever seen. firstly they promise to give a certain speed and they fail to do so. i have subscribed for 2 mbps and i get speed way below that but i am charged very around 2k. apart from that their customer service executives are very rude and they disconnect the call whenever they find themsleves in a tight spot ie they cant answer a certain customer question. they directly disconnect the call. i am sure no treats their suctomers like that and i have been their customer for 5years++. they have 1 help linenumber and when ever your net is creating problems and try to contact them their help line number is always down. I am sharing a picture with you guys and see for yourselves the kind of ping i am getting on a 2mbps plan.

            I have been customer of PMPL since last year. But didn't received the speed as promised.
            Download speed has been worst.
            Recently i bought a package for rs 1000. And with that package i should have got a speed of 65-75 kbps(512kbps) but i have been getting 15-20 kbps download speed.
            I called my local provider but he didn't helped me out.

              my name is debapriyo karmakar. my pmpl user id is deb_swb. i m using pmpl broadband more den 2 years. from last 4monts, i cant login into any COD4 Server. if anyone planning to get pmpl boradband for gaming, its not recommended. dont be fooled

              Broadband — connectivity problem

              I have broadband connection with my base phone No. [protected]. From last few weeks I am not getting connection of yahoomail and some other important site. I am sure the server is not supporting the sites. But your helpline people at Jamshedpur is saying that it is the problem of my computor, If it so how other sites are being connected? Please help me in this matter.

                I have problem with my connection and that is speed is very low whereas with same package others are working smoothly. I have called them a no of times and each time they are saying "we are taking your complain and we are checking....." just up to this. No further progress. Each time they are doing this .

                With same package others are doing fine.

                PMPL has worst service in Kolkata. They don't value customer's money. Ridiculous.
                Don't ever pick the phone in the Customer Care Center. My Friends stay away from PMPL

                  I daily reavel from nigdi to bhosari by pmpl bus
                  on this rout, buss travel from nigdi to bhosari
                  if this rout extended till Big india corner then will be more usefull for pepole leaving in Pradhikaran as many pepole travel by pmpl to bhosari daily for there job's
                  this extention is not more than @2 km but very usefull for pepole leaving in pradhikaran

                    I am the MONTHLY PASS HOLDER of PUNE MUNCIPAL PARIWAHAN MAHAMANDAL (PMPL) No 0020962 auth to travel in Bus. On 27 Feb 2010 at about 5.20 pm when I was on stop Kandge Park on Sinhagad Road Pune -52 the BUS NO 942 KHANAPUR to PUNE STATION was having sufficient place to take passenger in have not stopped although I have shown hand to stop the bus. It is noticed that so many buses are not correctly stopped by driver. If it is so then what use of stop? for example I have seen BUS NO 943 DHAYARI TO SWARGATE has stopped ahead of the bus stop and conductor not at all care of passengers who wants to enter into bus. He is interested in only to complete his No of trips allotted to him. If you want to check u come and check in civil uniform/dress. You will really come to how is your Bus Service it is for Public or its for driver conductors who all are enjoying all benefits of service.

                      Hi,

                      Last Week I was travel from Pune Municipal Corporation to Theargoan through PMPL Bus. The route for that Bus was Hadapsar to Chinchwad gaon.

                      My experience was the bus driver not stopped bus on Aundh, Aundh hospital and Rakshak Society people showing there hands to stop the rider of bus driver couldn't stopped. The time is almost 9.30pm. In bus there was lot of sits empty so I asked conductor to take those passengers who are waiting from long time. The answer from Conductor was this is express bus so it not took this stops. I told him that I am going to complaint about this behaviour to PMPL office. So I asked him to give me your both name, the reply from him find out the name from our office what were you want to complaint go ahead.

                      This is a customer service which is PMPL providing. The employ who not care of their responsibility and service. They have confidently saying go and complaint to our office, Means they know that no one can touch.

                      I request PMPL to please provide the Name plats to every Bus conductor and Driver to identify to them.

                      PMPL — Abuse behaviour of conductor

                      I never travell through bus yestardy was my first day of travelling while coming bus conductor took 10 rs fare from Bopodi to Chinchwad. while returning he asked me 13 rs fare, I told him while coming the other conductor took 10 rs fare. This condutor started scoulding telling me I illitrite, dont know to read the board, without reading you board the bus, I didnt argue him, I was having 100 rs 3 rs change was not with me, I gave him 100 Rs. he refuse to take telling for 3 Rs I cant give you 100 Rs change he gave me up coming stop ticket and told me to get out from the bus.

                      This is not fare what the PMPL conductors are treating with the customer, we pay & travell the government employee ussually speak up rough language. The PMPL should take notice for it they just refuse to give change and how come they judge who is litrite or illitrite.

                      The Details of bus as follows:
                      Bus Root : Nigdi _ Hadapsar (going from masulkar col.)
                      Bus No.MH-12-EQ-9793 (CNG 57)
                      Date : 30.01.2009
                      Time : from chinchwad 6:30 Pm
                      Conductor was bald.age above 40 yrs
                      There is no direct bus from Swar Gate Bus depot to Yerwada or from Pul Gate to Yerwada. I have enquired about the the route at both the Bus Depot, it is mentioned to travel to Corporation Building for travel to Yerwada. Is it not rediculous that we want to improve public transporation extensively, but we don't have proper planning

                      I am daily user of PMPL from M.N.P to Nigadi, I travel by bus No-123 which is at 8 am from M.N.P(pune Muncipal corparation), everyday that driver is miss behving with every person in the Bus.
                      Today date 17/12/2009, at 8 am Bus No- MH12-DT 8860 Rout- MNP to Nigadi.
                      I want to take Bus Pune Station to Sambhajinagar from Engineering college Bus stop, i was standing in the front door of Bus No- 8860 to get down at Engg college, but The driver did not stop the bus at that stop. so I ask him to stop. He started Shouting at me and says some abuse words. Every one is watching even couductor aslo.
                      I want answer for this from PMPL head.
                      Please forword this complaint to The Head of PMPL.
                      and Do the NeedFul.
                      I am sending this same copy of this letter to Sakal, Indian Express.

                      Changes Needed in the service :-
                      1. Every Bus stop one TC should be there who checks that every Bus is taking the passanger or not ?
                      2. Bus should be clean
                      3. Communication with the passanger is very IMPORTANT from DRIVER as well as Conductor.

                      PMPL services cmplaints as below details:-
                      1) Many buses has very Urgent Breaking systems why? or also Driver have stoped very urgetly ..their direct impact to Standing peoples & also sitting peoples, , , while asking they reply it "Break is very Urgent".
                      2)Second think is why Behivour is very angreey, rudely, ..I know that 2 or 3 people have not good talked with Condutor or Driver.. but, when u r matter finished u r talking same in all peoples...why?
                      3) In timing shedule not procced good...means 2 & 3 busses (One rut) one by one going why...In between their is no 15 to 30 min. stay out..why?
                      4) Again one more important que. is Left side reserved for Ladies..ok I have no objection ..but when u have space in Left side ..then why setting in Right side, , why?
                      ...plz do fulfiill for Peoples...

                      I was waiting at the bus stop, the bus came almost empty, I showed my hand to stop, but the driver did not stop the bus in the bus stoppage.

                      Can someone from the PMPML organization catch hold of the driver, and give him a few tight slaps?

                      With this kind of pathetic service, why should the citizens depend on public transport? This is very nasty, and shows our backwardness.

                      PMPL — Misconduct of conductor in Bus

                      On 19/07/2010 I was traveling in Bus Alandi to Hadpsar leaving Alandi at 4.45 pm I get in bus at Magzine stop I was to get down at Vishrantwadi. Conductor informed about Wadi stop as I was seating at Back side. There was no one at back side door i tried to get down from back door itself. conductor has not allowed me to get down and taken bus three stops ahead to stop in this period he used abuse language . I am a teacher and travels every day. Conductors are misbehaving with particularly female passengers. Those conductors should be given warning / punishment

                      Pmpl Service — Misconduct of conductor at time of complaint registration

                      On 29/07/2010 I was stand on vishrant vadi bus stop at 8.45 am for loahagaon bus but bus not pickup 3 passenger who stand with me.
                      When i reached loahagaon using auto for giving complaint about that the batch no d 897 w treat me very badly (Unhone galiya bhi di aur marne ki sirf koshish ki ) but the senior who sit at office didn't take any action.......
                      They behave me like that because My mistake is i try to complaint about the bus which not stop at vishrant vadi stop .. I am a student of MMIT,Loahagaon and travels every day. Conductors are misbehaviour is very bad mark to Pmt servise....
                      Those conductors should be given warning / punishment

                      Very bad service

                      I have taken a pmpl wired broadband connection 2 months ago. But my wifi foes not working properly. When i call out cable operator, they said it eill be done next day but next day i will suffer from same problem. Sometime they did not pick up my phone. My money is fully wasted
