Pacenet Meghbela Broadband [PMPL] — Complaint against network service provider

I'm using your service since 2015, i didn't renew for last 2 months because of some economic crisis. Now i wanna take a permanent connection but my service provider is not giving me the connection and ignoring me everytime, ignoring my calls too. I'm telling him since past 30 days but he didn't replying me. I need the connection urgently. So please help me its my humble request to you.
