Pacenet Meghbela Broadband [PMPL] — no broadband connection since 20th of may, no acknowledgment from local service provided also | |||||
Since the 20th of may, there have been total disruption in the service of the broadband at the bakultala, circle hut kalibari location. I understand there was a cyclone and the connection had been broken due to that. However, there have been no acknowledgment from the local service provider regarding the same neither from the company about the loss of the connection or any progress of when it shall be resolved. I am a working person, right now working from home due to lockdown and my work is completely internet based. I had facing disruption in the internet connection past many days and on complaining to the local service provider have recieved very unethical behavior as well. This time it is getting out of hands!! Please look into the matter asap, as my work is at stake here. Was this information helpful? | |||||
