Pacenet Meghbela Broadband [PMPL] — No internet service since the past 3 hours

I have been facing internet connection issues since Sunday. The gentleman on the phone told me that the area network was working fine and that they will send a technician who never showed up. Meanwhile I checked things myself and figured that that there was something wrong from the local service provider's side. Somehow the connection was back and I sent them a mail with the resolution code asking them to update it, to which they did not acknowledge but rather replied saying that they are still working on it. This shows that they neither check the issue properly nor do they read their mails. Anyway I am facing the same connectivity issue since 07:30 am and I am writing a complaint here which I am sure will be ignored like the rest of the complaints and if at all anyone wants to take this seriously and fix it then my user id is nishag_ccn. It's about time to make a switch to some other brand for a better service.
