I lost almost 1000 rs trying to make payment again and again hoping it would eventually go through..it's not working and there's no reversal of money..it's sad that nsdl is doing nothing about it, coz many people have faced the same issue and landed up applying through some agents

Thank you! I was also try to make multiple attempts. Would have lost more money.
During payment for applying pan card an error was shown and money was debited from my account on 18 feb 23 at 04:00 pm with reference number [protected] from my paytm bank account was not credited back in my account. Repeating the process i applied pan for my wife second time and this time the payment was successful. Kindly do the needful please revert the amount in my account
