Pan Card Online Portal For India — refund of money

I tried to contact today on tel no [protected]/52/53 / 54 but call not picked,
I submitted an application for pan on online portal of co. And paid rs. 499/- on 6.1.19. After submission i requested for refund by mail as per refund policy of co. But till date/time no reply has been received. I am again requesting pan card md, kindly refund amount for order id is pj[protected]w-ni at the earliest. Regards.
