Pan Card Online Portal For India Complaints & Reviews

I have lost my pan card and hence applied for pan card online.
Paid fees of 499/-
Had to send address proof and physical copy to the address said
Sent it and shows as delivered as well.
However when i try tracking the status - shows as physical copy not received
It has been more than a week.
Sent an email to the relevant pan online support email address - no response

I tried to contact today on tel no [protected]/52/53 / 54 but call not picked,
I submitted an application for pan on online portal of co. And paid rs. 499/- on 6.1.19. After submission i requested for refund by mail as per refund policy of co. But till date/time no reply has been received. I am again requesting pan card md, kindly refund amount for order id is pj[protected]w-ni at the earliest. Regards....

Sir, i apply online pan correction form on "30th august 2018" at this site "pan card-online.org" and i have payment complete via sbi netbanking. But this site cannot provide me service and not to attend call. So i request to refund my amount due to uncompleted service.
