[Resolved]  Pan Card Online Portal For India — they give fake acknowledgement number for pan application is [protected]

The same happend to me too.. I filled the complete form and made a payment of 499. Which was actually 4 times the actual cost of the pan card. After submitting i got info to send the hard copy of the documents to mumbai pan card office.

Today i have received the application form and a letter from PAN authority stating to share the application to another Pune Address with the payment receipt.

This is a big time cheating happening online in the name of PAN card.

Request you to look into this matter and help us with the fake sites.

This is fake, the mobile number provided is not reachable. i sent email at [protected]@PANCARD-ONLINE.ORG. but did not hear anything from them.

I was about to courier my documents but I had one query, for which i tried calling at the given number. Not to my surprise, all the mentioned 4 numbers are Switched off all the time and even their EMail channel does not respond at all. This is a BIG Fraud Website. i want to complain against them and want to escalate it to the Highest place so that no other person should be their target. I am looking for leads on how do I start this and what channels should I approach, I am also planning to reach out to major Social media and Electronic media channels and get them behind the bar. Well happend to me too, i submitted posted my application on 22 Jan via DTDC "Z49560699" and got delivered on 24th Jan. I check, and found that the status was not changed on their webpage "https://www.pancard-online.org/".
I tried calling the mentioned numbers but they were not reachable/switched off.
But, the Good part, on 27th Jan, the status did change, with a tracking number and confirmation from NSDL that the application received.

I will post further as when the info is received.

I applied for address change thru "PAN card online portal for India " on 29.12.17 . Ref No given by the ack copy is KK[protected]K-CI .This site has given Pune address but no contact number . A payment of Rs.499 was made online .Even after 30 days no hard copy with reference No has been received so far as promised in the portal.
Online enquiry rejects this reference number as incorrect. It appears that this is a fake website . If we are to make complaint under cyber crime pl. let me know where and how to make complaints.No communication so far though the e mail address and mobile numbers are furnished .

I just checked the status of the PAN card application on NSDL TIN website, they have received the application and it is under process. Big relief. This site does not seems to be fraud but their way of operations is surely questionable. They dont respond to any call or email. Only when they receive Documents and process it, there is an update or change in the status. Seems these guys are running some more important business and this is there part time kitty...

My PAN card has been dispatched to me on 8th Feb and is expected to arrive to be in few days.

First I applied for Pan card. Later I got back the card and made a request to refund. Money is completely refunded within 2 working days. Thanks for the return of money.
