Pan Card Online Portal For India — pan card not received - says physical copy not received

If applied through NSDL e-Gov, please provide the 15 digit acknowledgement number to enable us to provide further information.

Opp. Cosmos Bank, Tilak Road, Sadashiv Peth,
Pune 411030, Maharashtra, India

I changed the details in my pan card and hence applied for pan card online on[protected] &
Paid fees of 499/- on the above mentioned address.
i have send address proof and physical copy to the address said thru speed post on
[protected] and reached to destination address on[protected] with confirmed item delivery by speed post

However when i try tracking the status - shows as physical copy not received
It has been more than a week.
Sent an email to the relevant pan online support email address - no response
Number given in the website shows switched off.
Please assist in getting an update and pan card as well.
