[Resolved]  Pan Card — pan card not received

Pan Card — Wrong PAN card number issued

I was allocated a PAN number AFXPA4112M by UTI bank Belapur branch in 2004.
I have been paying taxes using the same PAN number for past 6 years.
Today when i tried to open an account in some bank, then it was brought to my notice that the PAN card does not belong to me, but it belongs to some MR Mahadev.

Can some one please look into this discrepancy?

I appalied for pan card on 20.01.10, but still i not yet received my pan card, from pan card office they already send the pan card through expressit logistics world wide courier, the bill no is [protected], & also i received the pan card no through mail that is AJVPN1271E.

so pls i am requesting you to deliver my pan card to my residence address as soon as possible.

How is that the pan card dept. dispatches pan card through Private courier service instead of Indian Postal service .

I have here my POD No, but the bloody courier person has not deliverd my pan card, he is asking for money.

I have not received my pan card as I attached my ration card copy with the form. But the courier agency said that the address is insufficient.
