[Resolved]  Pan Card — pan card not received

Respected Sir,

Already applied for the new PAN CARD on the behalf of previous PAN CARD NO. ARTPS3496E in which I had requested the change in my name which was as per my previous PAN CARD Jyoti Sharma and my correct name after merrage is JYOTI JETLY w/o Sh. Nitin Jetly.
You are requested to please send me a new PAN CARD at my new residential address i.e.

I had applied for a PAN card on February 2009 . when I enquired about my application status online, I have seen that the card had been dispatched by post and the card number is ARIPR1200L but till date I have not received.
please solve my problem soon.

I had applied for pan card in the name of Leela Lakhanpal, add- wz-81 A, street no-18, Prem Nagar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059, contact no-921303981101125330641. Even I had got that also but there was some mistake in it (father name was mentioned insisted of husband), so I returned it back and it has not come till yet. Kindly update me about this till when I will get my pancard.

My Pan Card Hase been Dispatched on 13-Mar-2010 by Speed Post & Speed Post Ack. No. also not Provide.

My PAN Card is despatched with bill no. EMI05814441IN Still that is not delevered at my address.

From the NSDL site I came to know that my PAN Card has been couriered through your courier

service on[protected] vide Airway Bill No. [protected]. During that period I out of station. Kindly

let me know from where I can collect my courier.
