Address is > A.D.Nagar, M.B.Tilla, Bhatripalli, Road no- 3, Agartala, Tripura West, Pin- 799003.My pan card no is - AJXPD6695A.I dont get any pan card due to my post man neglegency.It is really shame for postal department.Please send me again my pancard to above mentioned address.

Pan Card — for refund

that on 12.02.2010 I Madhu Bala having ticket number[protected] ha made a reservation of 4 passengers including me (2nd class sleeper) of train No. 2460 (Super fast Express) with travel date 13.2.10 from Ludhiana JN to New Delhi thorugh an authoirsed bookey of railway in Ludhiana (Dinesh general store) by his user id- Dineshgenstro2yahoo.com.
the payment of 4 tickets were given through his account no.[protected]/64. the names of other passengers who had to travel with me are as under:
1. NISHA jINDAL
2. HITESH JINDAL
3. RAJESH KUMAR
After taking the photocopy of my Pan Card as address proof.
when on 13.2.10 I reached the Ludhiana station, along with other 3 passengers whose tickets were also booked , we all came to know that the train no.2460 is not coming to ludhiana JN and the same is cancelled. On 16.2.10 an request was made for refund of the above stated amount and a tdr was also filed by Dinesh general store.
As till now the refund has not been sent to the account by which the payment of tickets were made, so it is again requested you to kindly send the amount of refund of tickets and the same be sent to account no.[protected]/64 and regarding this an reply of this complaint may also be given to my mailing address [protected]@yahoo.com or on my resident address B-X-470, Nim chownk, Telian street Ludhiana(Punjab).

As per your record I have been alloted a PAN number ARAPD3777G and my card has been dispatched to 03-Mar-2009 by post at the address for communication but I have not received it yet, Please reply on my mail id as soon as possible as it is very essential to me.Otherwise suggest me what to do?whether I will apply again for a new card or for the duplicate one.waiting for your reply.

I had applied for issue of a fresh Pan Card for substituting my mutilated Pan Card bearing No. ADBPA 5628 G standing in the name of Shri Vishnu Prabhakar Ajarekar and also for issue of a fresh Pan Card in the name of my mother Smt. Sunetra Prabhakar Ajarekar in March 2010. I Have yet not received the Pan Cards at my residence at Evershine Millennium Paradise, Moon CHS, Building No. 73, Block No. 602, Thakur Village, Kandivali (East), Mumbai 400101. My residence telephone No. is[protected] and Mobile No. is [protected]. Please let me know whether the Pan Cards are ready and issued and if issued, the address to which these are posted.
