[Resolved]  Pan Card — pan card not received

I have applied for pan card on 6 june. but I have not recieved it till date. please take actions regarding this because without pan card I will not get my salary. so please do something.

I submitted the Pan renewal form on 30, May 2008 for change of may name - Chandra Joshi to Chandra Upadhyay. The new PAN card not yet received. I need the card very much for submission of Annual return. Please do confirm what is the position of my card and when would I recieve it.

I applied for new PAN CARD. Which is not delivered on my given Address. but online enquiry syestem of Income Tax (Pan Card) showing that my courier is delivered on my permanent Address. But i didnt get my pan card or My any family member. every body know that pan card how is important for us.
