[Resolved]  Pan Card — pan card not received

My pan card has been dispatched on14-may-2008 by post, but stillnot recived
I had sent hard copy &e-mail for non receipt of pan card .
Kindly do the needfully as it is required urgently.

I am vinayak Patil applied for PAN Card on 1 march 2008 through application "Form 49A" under "serial No[protected]", under provision "Fee Coupon number [protected]", through "I T Pan service Center Belgaum--Psc CODE no 3 KND 622"
Since Long Time, I have not received PAN CARD but online checking it is found and observed that as it appers AVJPP058ID sent by u on 20/3/08 by post.
I also Registered to You a complaint last Week with necessary document . Please issue PAN Card early.
