[Resolved]  Pan Card — pan card not received

i am really varry unhappy. that my pan card detail are wrong my birthdate is 07/07/1984 but it is written 08/07/1984

Sir i didn't receive Pan card till now application no.[protected]

Kindly inform by return mail to in for despatch particauls/staurs of pan cards for the following application

I have applied my PAN as on 5th July 2008 vide Application No[protected] but still I didnot received my PAN Card.

Hi, I applied PAN card before 2 months . i was supposed to get it by July . When i enquired the status, it is mentioned in the site that Your card has been dispatched, but i have not got my card still .

If need be i can provide my PAN card number also .

Please look into this as soon as possible

This is to inform you that I have applied for PAN card on 17/04/2008 in Calicut Service centre in Kerala State as per Application SR No.[protected] and Processing fee coupen no.[protected] . This is suprised me that my PAN card reached in my home address as RIJINA P V, RIJINA NIVAS, EDAKKAD (Post), CALICUT, KERALA, but unforntunately I was not present the home when the Postman came to my home and the Postman was not ready to give the cover to my Parents. Later I came to know that the Postman returned my Parcel cover without any prior information to me and I was unable to receive it.

So I hereby requesting you that kindly send my PAN card in same address mentioed above and it will helpful for me my future purpose. I personally regret for inconvience caused it.

Respected sir/madam,
My signature on the pan card is not proper. I had signed in the box as required in the application form. But my signature has not displayed fully on the pan card. My pan card no. is BXSPS8884C. Rest of the details are perfect. Kindly look into the matter and advise me regarding the next step to be taken.
