as I had made telephonic enquiry . still not getting any result.

Pan Card — PAN Card not received due to mis routing of the courier.

I had been alotted the PAN No. AHWPV6196R, about 25 days back on 22nd Oct 2008.I havn't yet received my PAN Card yet, coz of courier misrouting(Consignment No. M[protected].I had sent plenty no. of mails to different authorities, but not received a good response.
All this has created a very bad impression on me.
I guess its pretty embarassing for anybody, like me.

Do take immediate actions.

I had applied for PAN number 2001-02 and got my PAN number as AGVPK 7297 Ward 9(2) ITO. Now, by mistake, I applied for new PAN card (UTI Technology Service Ltd) on 6 November 2008 with application Form No.[protected]. It will give me 2 PAN numbers, which is not legal. Now, I need either to cancel new application or to get cancelled old PAN number. It will be better, if new application can be cancelled. Please advise me for required action.
