I bought an AC on Flipkart on[protected]Order ID: OD[protected], Invoice Number # FADJ[protected]. Invoice attached herewith.
Defective product received, stopped working after 1 month. Service request registered on[protected]. Job ID is R[protected]
Still now there is no solution.
Panasonic Odisha customer support (+91-[protected]) is not responding at all. They are saying they forwarded to higher authority and they can not do anything. I do not understand how one can say that. They should follow up and inform the customer about the status and when likely it will be solved. But they are saying they can not do anything.
When I insisted, they gave me some other phone no. (Gaurav Priyadarshi, BSM +91-[protected]) but that is of no use. Because, the person never received my call. Again I informed this to customer service (+91-[protected]), but they did nothing.
Who will I approach?
Even I called main helpline number ([protected]), they are completely useless. Each time they hold your call forever, expecting anything from panasonic main service helpline is my stupidity.
Opting facebook and twitter for complaints is of no use, they just reply that we responded (It must be computer generated reply). What they are responding, they are not giving any information, they just say it is under processing. What does it mean? It looks like you people process for years. I think it will be resolved next year when there is no warranty. They will charge then, I know that is their plan.
I even sent email to panasonic customer support on[protected] and again on 06.05.2022. There was no reply from panasonic team ([protected]@in.panasonic.com and service.[protected]@in.panasonic.com). What kind service they are providing, I do not understand.
When I complained about service to panasonic CEO (Mr. Manish Sharma) over twitter, he just blocked me.
I do not know who will respond. God should know.
