[Resolved]  Panasonic — Complain for fully automatic washing machine

I purchased a fully automatic washing machine around November 2020. Recently I am facing issues with hanging and stopping the machine. I have filed many complaints and time by time-resolved but again new issue arise. My last complaint starts on July 25th, 2023 with the status that some parts to change, and till today, that work is not completed.

Whenever we call, the concerned person only says that once the part will be delivered, we will change it
