Panind — kindly cancel my pan card application and refund my amount. | |||
I have applied for the PAN card and paid online through PayPal but later got to know that they were charging too high. So I mailed regarding the cancellation of my application, Only once I got reply that only partial amount will be refunded and later I didn't even get any reply. I told them that I haven't even forwarded the documents and even the process haven't started yet, then how could they charge from me! After that I didn't get any reply and it's been more than 2 weeks. I am looking forward to file a complain to Cyber Crime Portal and even to Consumer Forum Court. Was this information helpful? | |||

Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
