Panind — need refund of rs 499 which I paid for re-issue of lost pan card

Hello,
I had submitted a request for re-issue of lost pan card through panind. I got the payment confirmation as well with the below mentioned orderid. This charge is too high when compared to other websites. So please process a refund of rs 499 which i paid for re-issue of lost pan card. My details are as follows:

Updated by [email protected] I got a call from Panind and asked me to share the customer id of HDFC bank so that they can transfer the money. But when I checked with HDFC, they said not to share any customer id to anyone as it is very internal to HDFC only. Not sure it was a real call or hacker one

From last 2 months i am requesting you for my refund and you are still ignoring my request.what rubbish is this.I need my refund as earlier as possible otherwise i will take strict action against you.

I did not know they are just partner of pan card so ordered pan card through them but they are charging Rs 499 and actual charges are just Rs 110. and infact we have to send document to them after taking print. What the hell is this
