Panind — no status about pan since 3 weeks

Dear Sir/Mam,

I have applied for PAN card online on http://panind.com nearly one month ago but did not receive any reply from there side. My Order ID is:[protected]. I have sent my all documents by speed post. I got an Acknowledgement number :[protected].They have charged me 349INR but now they did not reply for my emails. I have not complaint for money but I have complaint for their poor services. Please do the needful and let me know the latest status about my pan card. I can be reached at :[protected] and my email is [protected]@gmail.
