[Resolved] Panind — not receiving of new pan card | |||
Sir / madam, I yogesh chintamanrao dhote have applied for new pan card as my earlier pan card was lost as per the order id: yo-[protected]cr and also paid the fees for that through online money transfer as per payment id: [protected]. I have downloaded the form sent on my mail and also dispatched through dtdc courier services (Consignment no. P[protected] to the 'panind services unit, #5, site iv, vikaspuri, new delhi-110018 along with the required attachment. The parcel was received by your office as per the status shown on dtdc website. Sir/madam, yet i didn't received my new pan card. Now i am worry about it. You are requested to look after and let me know the status of my new pan card and when will i get it? I have tried several times on your customer care id but not attended. Please look after and reply. Was this information helpful? | |||

Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
