Panind — not uploaded the scanned documents to uti, thereby delaying the process, despite giving coupon no:

I register in www.panind.com for getting a pan card on may 15, 2019. I submit my aadhaar card as proof for showing my address, my name and my date of birth. Then two weeks later they sent me a reply showing “discrepancy in application” with suggestions immediately i replied to that email to proceed with suggestions and provide me acknowledgement number. There after 60 days i have received coupon number from panind.com. Upon checking with UTI with the coupon number, not to my surprise, I found the Pan Ind has conveniently not scanned the documents required by UTI to process my application. If I don't receive my PAN card by this week end, do you think, I should approach the Hon'ble Ministry of Finance with my problem and also the way PANIND is harassing not only me but certain so many people. Why such lethargic and incompetent agencies are permitted to deal with Public and cheat us.I need my pan card, as I am not interested in refund and all, after wasting almost 3 months.
