Panind — pan card document status

I had lost my pan card and had applied for the same in panind.
My order id is pu-[protected]lo. I have sent the document on the mentioned address via speed post. The courier services say the documents have been delivered but when i track the same in the portal, it shows no documents received. Neither have i received any coupon number from pan ind nor getting response for my emails. Can you please let me know if the documents are received and by what date will i get my pancard delivered?
