Have sent my documents more than ten days through express courier to the address The manager Panind services unit No 5, site 4, vikaspuri, New delhi-110018 India They have charged me 107 and till now the status of application online says it has not reached them while indian postal confirmed me the delivery of documents on the above address 3 days earlier. I tried to contact them through mail and the phone but they won't reply on either of them. They are frauds and now they have all my documents which is not a good things including my aadhar card details and old pan card which they can misuse with any bank or do much worse. Sep 18, 2020 Updated by Souravsharma27 I have applied for pan card photo change online on http://panind.com but did not receive any reply from there side. I have sent my all documents by speed post but they did not sent me any verification about this. They have charged me 107 inr but now they did not reply for my emails and not pick up my calls. Please do needful action against them. I'll be very thankful to you for this. Now they are delaying in sending the pan card. From last 10 days the document are going for verification. They gave me a coupon code to check status but there site doesn't work at all as it won't take your date of birth. And I have no source to contact them as they won't reply on emails and there number cuts automatically. Very poor service and still I don't have my pancard.
