Sir/madam, I have forwarded the aadhar card, again to you. Applied on may 15, 2019 order id : ra-[protected]n. I fail to understand the level of your in-efficiency, as i have not received the pan card nor there is any proper response from your end. I have forwarded you at least six to seven times the same document and even sent the same by post. Very lethargic attitude. As a proof of identity i had submitted the voter id too and for address proof your annexure duly signed by a gazetted officer. The government of india is requesting the citizens to apply for pan card and you are unable to process one pan card even in more than a month's time. I don't understand how such an efficient and task oriented government can appoint such inefficient agency and expect to complete their vision of new india. I fail to understand your inability to read the scanned copy of aadhar card, which is very clear. You are required and requested to keep the status of my application, updated, today itself and ensure i receive the pan card, failing which i will approach to the department of such lethargic response.
