Panind — pan card not delivered and charged more than 4 times | |||||
I feel over the days this site (Panind.com) is fraud and their customer care no. S are no response. I have applied pan card for damaged one and paid unknowingly rs.499/- via online on 22nd aug'2019 which is 4times of normal charge. Later, i came to know that nsdl is charging only rs.110/-. When we search in google for pan card correction, shown this site and applied accordingly. Request indian consumer forum to take necessary action to restrict the site to avoid further cheating and refund the entire amount or corrected pan card and balance amount to my cc a/c. Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
