Panind — pan card status

I have applied for duplicate pancard (499rs) through rigaro eworks pvt ltd on 5th april 2019. When i checked with order i'd it's under process from past 1 month. Even i replied to [protected]@panind.com but no response except the autogenerate mail.

Please find the above details for more information. Kindly help me on this because i lost my patience in checking with order i'd daily.

Still i did not get any update about my pan card status.Its a very poor service, think need to wait my whole life for getting my pan card.

Sorry to say its a very poor service in communicating with the end users and providing the update.

I am very much disappointed with your service and waste of my money, time.

Continuously sending mails for an update but atleast acknowledgement to my mail is which i am expecting.

Atleast NOW notify it and go accordingly, below is my order id.
