I have applied for duplicate pancard (499rs) through rigaro eworks pvt ltd on 5th april 2019. When i checked with order i'd it's under process from past 1 month. Even i replied to [protected]@panind.com but no response except the autogenerate mail. Order id: vs-[protected]lo Mail id: [protected]@gmail.com Please find the above details for more information. Panind customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. I am very much disappointed with your service and waste of my money, time. Continuously sending mails for an update but atleast acknowledgement to my mail is which i am expecting.
