For blank application form of pan card online application they have a responsibility... They have started rupees 499 and it's ridiculous that they have not given a safe and worthy reply... To be frank the system works well until online payment is made... After that it sticks of... We are stepping towards safer and digital india... But scam websites like *panind* drawdown indian citizens from being digitalised... Please do refund 499 rupees back for my account... Many of them have been cheated by this scam website... I was applying for pancard on the site panind. It charged rs 499 but no further response reported. Kindly refund my amount. As already we are suffering from short financial stability.

Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.

My new pan apply and he get to ₹ 499 but not responded him. And return my ₹499 now.
