Panind — refund pending | |
Hi, i applied for a pan card on panind, however i realized later that the company was overcharging for the services. The usual charges of 110 rs are nearly tripled up for a very similar service. I emailed the company, seeking my refund of rs. 499 but there was no response. I tried calling to but all the calls went unanswered. If my issue isn't resolved asap, i might be exploring the option of a stern legal action. This isn't about how big the amount is but the unscrupulous ways in which the organization is operating. Hi Team,
Have applied for duplicate PAN card(I lost PAN card) one month ago and the order number is "KM-[protected]LO" but still not received card at least not even coupon number is generated. Please check and update as i need the card for some urgent work. Please let me know if any details to be required.

Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
I applied for my new pancard on panind website today. But after applying i realized my mistake that i paid 499 rs for this.Original cost for applying new pancard is rs.105.So i want refund from panind. when i appied, i thought it was government website so understanding government website, i did mistake.

I have applied for online application for pan card on 26th august 2019 and collected 499 rs which is too high and i think this is illegal and no email has been send to my email id. Kindly please revert and do the needful
