Panind — panind - unauthorized charges and no response from the customer service Prai1824 on 30sept, 2019 I have applied for reprint of pan card on panind.com and they are charging rs 499 for that. After applying, the amount was deducted from my account, the order id was also generated but now when i track with that order id, it says the order id is not valid. Its been more than a week, i have reported this issue but these guys (Panind.com) haven't given any proper reply yet, even their customer care is not reachable. As per my bank record payment transfer to ibibo private limited. I want my money refunded as its too late for me and also they are charging way too higher than the normal rates (Approx 9x). Nsdl charges only 50 rs for this... Was this information helpful? | |||

Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
