Pantaloons Fashion & Retail — Delay in refund and non-receipt of 1 item | |||
I Had purchased 10 items online costing INR 10, 007 on 13-OCT-2020 from Pantaloons Website. 1)As there were issues with the THREE products, I returned the same on 17th and 18th Oct 2020.As per the policy written in the website, I should have been refunded within 5-7 business days. It is more than 7 business days and I still haven't received any refund. I have received an email stating that the return takes 13 days which is NOT MENTIONED IN THE WEBSITE!! 2) One Item shows that it should have been delivered on 18-OCT-2020.TILL DATE, I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION regarding the product.(EITHER FROM PANTALOONS OR FROM EKART LOGISTICS THROUGH WHICH PANTALOONS DEALS WITH). PANTALOONS HAVE NOT BEEN RESOLVING ANY OF MY ISSUES EVEN AFTER MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS!!! I Have shared the entire details as an attachment. I request the highest officials of CONSUMER FORUM to help me out in receiving my REFUND and THE FINAL PRODUCT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!
