i made purchase of item on 14 Nov 2020 from PANTALOONS BHUBANESWAR IND.
The people at the counter did not handed over me bill stating ebill will be sent. Which i never received.
While handing product wrong product is handed to me, its a kid Frenchie set amounting 499.When i approached the outlet they denied to exchange or entertain .
I handed over the product to the counter guy.
Why such broad day light looting by pantaloons?
