Pantaloons Fashion & Retail — Non delivery of products for 2 months

I placed an order with pantaloons online store with

Order no.- 3494328
Date of order placed - 27, june, 2020

I haven't received 2 of my order till now, it has been more than 3 months.

The cost of these products - rs. 840/-

I have registered my complaint four times with pantaloons, they are as following:
1) reference i. D.- comp[protected]
2) reference i. D.- comp[protected]
3) reference i. D.- comp[protected]
4) reference i. D.- comp[protected]

But to no avail, please do look into this matter.

I have put so much trust in pantaloons and i never thought this type of deceiving from pantaloons. This has shaken my trust in pantaloons.
