[Resolved] Pantaloons Fashion & Retail — Pos related (sbi account got debited twice for same amount) | |||||
Hello, I did shopping from pantaloons, hinoo, ranchi on 6th april 2016 at 1:07pm and paid through my SBI debit card, the billed amount was 898 INR, which got debited from my account then and there, later that same evening around 9:30pm I received another sms on my number about deduction of 898 INR again, next morning I double checked with my bank and they told merchant only can credit that amount back and the merchant is ignoring about second transaction. Please guide me to reversal of the second charge on my card. This was the sms which I received after the deduction of the amount from my card. Was this information helpful? | |||||
