Pantaloons Fashion & Retail — problem in return and reward points | |||
Dear sir/madam I am a regular customer of pantaloons for almost more than 7 years and am regularly buying clothes for myself and family from pantaloons. I had bought a sweat shirt from pantaloons, growels 101 mall, akruli road, kandivali (East), mumbai on december 04, 2018 (Receipt no - p185004i1801217). The price of the sweat shirt was rs. 999/- however i had redeemed my reward points and got a discount of rs. 237.75 and had paid net rs. 761.25. There was issue in size so i visited the store for exchange on december 11, 2018 at 09:30 p. M, since size was not available in the same product so we have taken a new sweat shirt whose price was rs. 1500/- (Approx.) and at the time of payment your staff at bill desk rudely argued that you will n ot get benefit of reward points in exchange and you will be required to pay differential amount of rs. 739 (I. E[protected]. How could he even say this. The reward points are earned by me on various purchases from your store so either you should add back that reward points at the time of exchange or give benefit of reward points in that purchase. Being a regular and loyal customer of your store for more than 7 years i would expect you to kindly look in to the matter and resolve it urgently. Please train your staff for the schemes which you provided to customers, very unprofessional staff, no etiquette no greetings, no smile on faces.
