I am resident of Amarante HSG in Sector 9E, Kalamboli.
I found many residents have made window grill (box type) extending outside. I believe it is completely illegal because:
1. No one can encroach air space or any space which is not belonging to them. It should not matter whether someone extends it 6 " or 2 ft outside, all should not be permitted.
2. In original design of the developer, extension was not included and not part of sanctioned plan.
Many residents forcefully extended and arguing to make it legal.
If all residents start to capture space whether ground or airspace, there should not be any control.
I would request you to kindly confirm whether such extension is legal or illegal.
