In Sector-35, kamothe, manasarovar, next to ganesh mandir in main road, the garden work is still pending and lot o[censored]neven smell and dirt are spreaded all over the premises, More over it doesn't seems like a garden,
Can the panvel municipal corporation work on the garden work and give our children's an good environment to play
Kindly request you to supervise the garden.

As I have paid the property tac bill for the year 2020-21 in Feb 27, 21 through NEFT but the reconciliation not done by PMC, PMC raised the property tax bill for the year 21-22 also, when I have paid the bill online in June 21 for the year 21-22 but it has taken for the year 20-21 & pending amount is shown against my property, I have visited PMC office in last week of June 21, they have checked the record the payment available in the system but it was not credited due to non reconsilation of the payment, several time I have calll but no use, all the staff are doing time pass from last two months, these type of behavior not acceptable.

At kamothe, sector11, near Sushma Patil school, road work done only at one side and other side is pending due to which rain water logging cause inconvenience to public and also may cause to accident.
Please arrange to do this road work completion.

There no maintenance of garden in sec 5 kamothe due to which people leaving nearby have to face problem. The placement of the seat are not proper due to which people seating in the gardens face towards the building and there is lack of privacy for those who live next to garden. Also their is no proper timing for the garden due to which the local boys sit till late night in the garden use abusive language which is bad when there is small children in the home and make the environment more worst to live.

I would like to bring to your urgent attention that Plot no.208. Shilp chowk. Kharghar. Navi Mumbai building name Elite Home registered cooperative housing society there are and continuing to build ill legal reconstruction on common areas and parking areas as this 8 year old bldg. Common areas..Flower beds...balconies...bathrooms...kitchen’s and even parking sheds have been re constructed beyond permissible limits risking lives & violating fire & safety law. With common areas being reconstructed encroached without permission. Pease help us to removing these added structures and extensions remove encroached areas with fining the society and residents who have violated and continue to not abide rules.
All these reconstruction have resulted in severe leakage issues in all sides both internal and external areas/walls of all the 24 flats. Illegal parking roofs on society ground has been built witjout cidco approval. All this violating the fire & safety rules. Common arears used to extend flat owners benefits. Extended grills on balconies and..terrace flats. The managing committee is senior citizen and weak and have asked your help to safeguard security concerns.
Request your good selves to kindly look into our matter and REMOVE & FINE all illegal extension encroachments and parking roofs and rooms, balconies and terrace extensions to safeguard the building structure.

In the PMC property tax bill dt 2nd July 2021 PNVL0483533, name is spelt wrongly as “Gujarat Srinivasan Bangalore”
Correct name is “Bhojaraj Srinivasan Bangalore”
In the website “panvelmc.org” Evaluation sheet mentions wrong property “ TP7-BLOCK NO-B1_PLOT NO-3_BUILD NO-3_VIJAY CO OP HAU SO_(TYPE-5) 2BHK-AR”.
Please correct this to “Sai Riverdale flat A502”, so I can download correct Property tax bill.

I have lodged several complaints with Panvel Municipal Corporation thru emails on pmc.[protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com since December 2020.

My flat No. 601 Solgem Co-op Hsg Society, Sector 25, Plot No 22 in Kamothe is not measured by your contract company.

I have received very high bill but my CARPET area is much lesser.

Phone calls to Sunil Mankhame, Amar Patil have fallen on deaf ears. Sunil Mankhame is very rude and just disconnects our phone.

Since your contract company has not measured my flat, it is their fault.

I want a rectified bill, after measuring my flat.

Hi Sir/Ma'am,

It makes me sad to complaint the encroachment by vegetable vendors near the newly constructed footpath and road near Adinath Alpine Kamothe . It creates problems for the common public to walk on the footpath due to no space to walk and vegetables fruits wastes on road. There is already a designated place for vendors to sell and earn but using this place blocking public way is not right. Request you to strictly take this into consideration and avoid any such scenarios on foot path.

In the Swami Samarth Building, Some shopkeepers are encroaching on the footpath, they display their articles on the footpath for selling, due to that people are facing problems to walk, also they are throwing their wastage anywhere, because of these problems drainage system are getting a blockage.

When society persons are complaining about this issue, they are not ready to vacate the footpath.

You are kindly requested to look into the matter and try to get the footpath vacated.

1 no.tree has grown so big it will reach my terrace in six months time. Crown is coming to my terrace and I can't stay there for any work. Request to trim the tree so that I can stay in my house peaceful.

As of rain the water clogged here in kalamboli road near Dr.BABASAHEB AMBEDKAR LIBRARY.As before rain the drainage system was cleaned in few parts and few roads were left due to this heavy clodgging is occurring.
Please looo for these and make it clean as soon as possible.

I humble request to respective person of Panvel Municipal Corporation kindly request you to solve the water issue problem. Water is not coming in 29 th May 2021 to 7 th June 2021. And then after slowly water coming and please check the all connection they open and close it or stop the water wastage. I have many times complaint in Panvel Mahanagar Palika Ward office Kalamboli, ward No. 3, but they have no response.

This is to bring to kind notice of the authorities about threat of tree fall which can cause damage to life and property.
A Coconut tree inside the society ( Swaraj-A) Plot- 61, 62, sector 9, New Panvel (east) is in a such a position that it may fall during heavy winds and rains. It is posing threat to neighbouring buildings.

During cyclone taukte it was slanting and swaying so much that we all feared it would definitely fall.

Please do the needful by taking preventive measures to avoid any disaster.

Since last three weeks, Panvel Municipal Corporation had allowed vegetable and fruit vendors to set up market on the vacant ground near MIDC, Panvel building. This had led to swarming of plastic garbage and foul smell, causing inconvenience to walkers and citizens residing in the area. I request Panvel Municipal Corporation to kindly appoint cleaning staff to clear the plastic garbage before the monsoon as not doing so, may result in clogging of drainage and water logging due to heavy rain. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

Abandoned building backside of vaikunth chs plot no73-75 sector 19 kamothe Navi Mumbai, water getting collected on the top of the under-construction abandoned building causing mosquitoes to breed, I would request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest

Fish market and vegetable market of sector 20 are throwing all their waste on roads and empty plots and making the place very unhealthy and dirty. Please take a strict action against this as people staying nearby have to face lots of problems. They have illegally captured this plot which belongs to government and they should be shifted to a different place

Thr is a shop open in front of Bhoomi Harmony, near KK cinema, sector 18, Kamothe which is always open irrespective of weekend lockdown or night curfew. Shop was half open even on Saturday and Sunday..This shop sells illegal cigarettes. The name of the shop is PB joint. They sell cigarettes and other things illegally at a much higher cost than MRP. Pls look into the issue and sort this out as there is lot of crowd gathering. Many people don't ever wear masks and no social distancing. Please have a check and resolve or else I will escalate this issue to higher authority.
