I have booked a flat in september 2015 in paramount emotions, sector -1, greater noida west, and made registry of this flat on 28th june 2018. At the time of booking builder had a scheme of fully furnished flat (Including double bed & almirah in all bed rooms, 5 seater sofa, center table, dining table with chairs, modular kitchen with chimney & cook top, lights & fans). Now they are denying this offer. I am following them on daily basis but there is no answer from developer side. It's been 25 days from registry neither the flat is handed over nor the fully furnished offer is provided to me.

Updated by Fateh B There is no response from them as usual. I have lost faith in them now. Kindly suggest legal action by which I can get my money & interest back.
