It is impossible to find information about withdrawal fees on the website. In the end, I was charged more than I expected. I would like transparency in financial transactions!!!

After contacting support, they explained to me that the information about fees was indeed not clearly stated on the website. They promised to improve transparency and added this information to the section with withdrawal conditions.

    It takes too long to credit funds to your game account. Yesterday I topped up my account via UPI, but the money only appeared after 6 hours. This is unacceptable for a platform of this level.

    When I contacted support, they explained that the delay was due to issues with processing payments via UPI. They apologized for the delay and promised to speed up the process. As compensation, they offered me bonus funds for betting.

        When I contacted support, they explained that the withdrawal function was temporarily unavailable due to server maintenance. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered compensation in the form of bonus funds. The problem was solved and I was able to withdraw the money the next day.
