    The "withdraw funds" function was unavailable without warning. Yesterday I tried to make a withdrawal all evening, but the button was blockeds!!!

    When I contacted support, they explained that the withdrawal function was temporarily unavailable due to server maintenance. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered compensation in the form of bonus funds. The problem was solved and I was able to withdraw the money the next day.

      The section with my bet history has disappeared on the Parimatch website. Now I can't check which of them were wining. It feels like the service is getting worse every days..

      When I contacted support, they explained to me that the betting history section had temporarily disappeared due to technical work on the site. They assured me that the problem would be solved soon, and after restoration I was able to check my betting history again.

          Deposit not credited sir

          I have deposited 5000/- for Parimatch App dated on 6th JAN and still payment status is showing PENDING, i have tried to contact to support team multiple times but every time they didn't get proper response for the problem

          I need my deposit and money soon

          I'm loyal customer to parimatch playing for many years
