I have participated in Parimatch’s shares several times, but the bonuss system seems unclear and opaque!!! Bonuses don’t always comes, and there’s no explanation why?

I contacted the support team to clarify the terms of the bonus program. They explained how bonuses are calculated and helped me understand the process. Now I understand how to participate in promotions and track bonuses.

    Withdrawal amount not reflected in Bank account

    Respected Sir / Madam,

    I'm, Krishna from chennai. I have been playing parimatch since last 10 months. On 15.11.2024 i made a transaction by withdrawing an amount of Rs.69, 508/- (Rupees sixty nine thousand five hundred and eight only) to my bank account.

    In my parimatch account it shows as if my transaction was successful. But the amount was not credited as on date.

    Myself contacted parimatch...

    I reported the problem to Help Desk and they confirmed that it was a temporary failure on the side of the streaming provider. As compensation I was awarded live bonuses, and now the streamers work without delay.

      I immediately contacted support and provided pre- and post-crash screenshots. Checked and returned funds to my balance. The problem was due to a short-term server failure.

        During live blackjack, the system made a mistakes and my bet got stuck, which meant I mised my chance to win the rounds!!!

        I reported a mistake to the support and they counted the round results back to my bet. After that the game started to work steadily and there were no more problems.

          Fraud with deposit

          Parimatch is fraud app their deposit is worse i added 50000 that never got reflected in my wallet their customer team will never help you and think your money is gone it's almost 3 days and i didn't received any money they keep saying they are working on it which never happens

          They bare showing money transfer successfully approved but money never reached into my bank account and the customer service is also no help.
          If other app on withdrawl succesful instantly money coming into account Then why larimatch withdrawl does not get into account

          I immediately contacted support, where I was asked to provide some additional documents for verification. I sent them, and within a day all restrictions were lifted. Now I can top up my account and place bets without restrictions. I liked that the support team worked quickly and informed me every step of the way

            When I tried to top up my account, I was charged a commission, but the money never arrived in my account!!!

            When the commission was removed, but the money was not credited to my balance, I immediately sent a request to support. During the check, it turned out that the payment was temporarily blocked by the provider. A few hours later, support confirmed that the money was credited to the account and the commission was compensated.

              An unexpected message about the need to wager the bonus raised questions in me, because I did not take part in the promotions. Support quickly sorted out the situation and confirmed that it was a system error. After my appeal, the restriction was lifted and I was able to withdraw funds without any problems.
