I wanted to place a bet on a match with high odds, but the process of replenihing my balance was stalled !! The funds were debited from the card, but never reached the account, as a result, I mised the chane for a profitable bet !!!

Complaint marked as Resolved I contacted Parimatch support, provided screenshots of the transaction and explained the situation. A few hours later the money was credited to the account, and I was offered a small bonus as compensation for the inconvenience. I appreciated this approach to clients; now, if something goes wrong, I know that the issue will be resolved quickly
