    After the request, Parimatch support contacted me and found that my account was temporarily blocked to confirm a large win. After the account was confirmed, the account was unlocked and I received my winnings.

      The slots and live games at Parimatch casino load for a long time, sometimes minutes, which makes it difficult to launchs the game on time, especialy when you are in a hurrys!!!

        I have participated in Parimatch’s shares several times, but the bonuss system seems unclear and opaque!!! Bonuses don’t always comes, and there’s no explanation why?

        I contacted the support team to clarify the terms of the bonus program. They explained how bonuses are calculated and helped me understand the process. Now I understand how to participate in promotions and track bonuses.

          Respected Sir / Madam,

          I'm, Krishna from chennai. I have been playing parimatch since last 10 months. On 15.11.2024 i made a transaction by withdrawing an amount of Rs.69, 508/- (Rupees sixty nine thousand five hundred and eight only) to my bank account.

          In my parimatch account it shows as if my transaction was successful. But the amount was not credited as on date.

          Myself contacted parimatch regarding this issue. But their only reply was my withdrawal was successful.

          Their reply was as shown below

          Updated by Krishna2612           I'm krishnaprakash from Chennai, myself made a deposit of Rs:50, 000/- and another Rs:50, 000/- (Totally One Lakh rupees) on November 25th 2024 in to my parimatch account. But so far, it's been initiating as "Processing" not yet got deposited in to my parimatch account. It took nearly 5 long days. But not yet got deposited.

          Myself raised a complaint in parimatch customer care and raised two tickets regarding my deposit issue as ticket no: 580000 and 580001. But so far no response from them.

          My Player ID:[protected]

          Amount deposited on : 25.11.2024 via phonepe app. Rs:50, 000/- and Rs:50, 000/- totally One lakh rupees.

          Necessary proofs are attached in the enclosures.

          Kindly do the needful.

            I reported the problem to Help Desk and they confirmed that it was a temporary failure on the side of the streaming provider. As compensation I was awarded live bonuses, and now the streamers work without delay.

                I reported a mistake to the support and they counted the round results back to my bet. After that the game started to work steadily and there were no more problems.

                  Parimatch is fraud app their deposit is worse i added 50000 that never got reflected in my wallet their customer team will never help you and think your money is gone it's almost 3 days and i didn't received any money they keep saying they are working on it which never happens

                    They bare showing money transfer successfully approved but money never reached into my bank account and the customer service is also no help.
                    If other app on withdrawl succesful instantly money coming into account Then why larimatch withdrawl does not get into account

                      The Parimatch platform often freezes during live broadcasts, making it imposible to watch matches and places a bets on an eveent in real time. Very inconvenient!!!

                      I wrote about this to support. They recommended clearing the browser cache and trying other settings, but unfortunately this did not help. In the end, I was offered to use the Parimatch mobile application, and it really works much more stable.

                        I wanted to place a bet on a match with high odds, but the process of replenihing my balance was stalled !! The funds were debited from the card, but never reached the account, as a result, I mised the chane for a profitable bet !!!

A few hours later the money was credited to the account, and I was offered a small bonus as compensation for the inconvenience. I appreciated this approach to clients; now, if something goes wrong, I know that the issue will be resolved quickly

                          I immediately contacted support, where I was asked to provide some additional documents for verification. I sent them, and within a day all restrictions were lifted. Now I can top up my account and place bets without restrictions. I liked that the support team worked quickly and informed me every step of the way
