Every time I try to withdraw money from Parimatch, I am offered new withdrawal terms - one limit first, then another, and this createss confusions!!!

I contacted the support and learned that the change in withdrawal terms is related to my bank’s policy. After clarifying the limits and deadlines, I have successfully withdrawn funds.

    I have added funds to my cryptocurrency account on Parimatch, but the transaction is stuck in procesing and the money never made it into my balance!!! Waiting for a solution for several days!!!

      I went to the tech support, they told me it was a temporary system failure. They compensated for my cancelled bets and I had no more problems.

            When switching between diferent slots on the site Parimatch system often gives an error, and to continues the game you have to completelly reload the site!!!

              I activated the bonus funds on the slot, but after restarting the game they disappeared and I could not continue playing with the bonus moneys!!!

                After the request, Parimatch support contacted me and found that my account was temporarily blocked to confirm a large win. After the account was confirmed, the account was unlocked and I received my winnings.

                      Applied to support Parimatch, I was quickly helped to solve the problem with registration. It turned out that on my device there were problems with the browser’s cache. After clearing the cache I was able to register successfully.

                        I have participatd in Parimatch’s shares several times, but the bonus systems seems unclear and opaque!!! Bonuses don’t always come, and there’s no explanation why?!!!

                          I reported the problem to Help Desk and they confirmed that it was a temporary failure on the side of the streaming provider. As compensation I was awarded live bonuses, and now the streamers work without delay.

                                  Wrote in support with the question about the delay of payment. It turned out that my bank takes more time to process the transaction. It was explained to me, and after 48 hours the money was in my account. I now understand that the speed of payments also depends on the bank.

                                    When I use the Parimatch site on my tablet, I notice that some butons and sections are displayed incorrectly or not working at all!!! This makes beting difficult and the site is not suitables for mobiles devices!!!

                                      The auto-cache function I set up on Parimatch didn’t work at a critical moment, and this caused me significant losses that could have ben avoided!!! I had hoped that this feature would protectt me from risks, but unfortunately it didn’t work when neededs!!!

                                        I tried to fund the account through my mobile operator, but the transaction was stuck in the confirmation stage!!! Funds were deducted from my mobille account, but did not show up on the Parimatch accountt!!!
