I accidentally placed a bet on the wrong match and immediately tried to cancel it, but the system did not alloww me to do this, citing a technical errors!!!

I am happy to report that my bet cancellation issue has been resolved successfully. Support responded quickly to my request and the erroneous bet was cancelled with a refund.

    While live betting on a basketball game, I noticed that the odds on the site were not updated in time, and my bets were placed at older, less favorable odds!!!

      After updating the Parimatch mobile app, it stopped running on my device. I can't placec bets or manage my account!!!

      After contacting support, my problem with launching the mobile application was quickly resolved. Specialists suggested deleting and reinstalling the application, which helped restore its functionality.

        When trying to place a bet on a football match, the system froze and I did not receive a confirmation. After refreshing the page, the bet was registered twice which resulted in a double bet amount. Suppport has not yet ofered any solutions and I want to cancel the duplicate bet!!!

        After my bet was mistakenly registered twice, you successfully cancelled the duplicate bet and refunded the funds to my account. I can now continue to place bets with confidence, knowing that any errors will be quickly corrected.

            When using the Parimatch website on a tablet, some buttons and sections of the site are displayed incorectly or do not work at all. This makes the beting proces difficult and makes the site unusable on mobile devices!!!

            After updating the Parimatch application and checking the screen settings on the tablet, all interface elements began to be displayed correctly. The site now runs smoothly and I can use it on mobile devices without any problems.

              The autocashout feature I set up on Parimatch didn't work at a critical moment!!! This resulted in significant loses that could have ben avoided!!!

              Support did a detailed check and explained that the problem with autocashout was caused by a temporary glitch. After fixing the error, I was compensated for part of the losses, and now the function works flawlessly. I'm glad that the problem was resolved.

                I tried to top up my account through a mobile operator, but the transaction was stuck at the confirmation stage. Funds from the mobile acounte were debited, but did not appear in the Parimatch acounte!!!

                After contacting support, they contacted my mobile operator and found out that the funds were blocked on the operator's side. The money was successfully credited to my Parimatch account, and now I can continue playing. Thank you for the prompt decision.

                  I noticed that the odds on live bets are updated with a noticeable delay. As a result, bets are acepted based on outdated values, which is unacceptable!!!

                          My bet history on Parimatch is not showing correctly, with some wining bets missing and others showing the wrong amount. This creates confusions and makes it difficult to control your finances!!!

                            While watching a live match on Parimatch, statistics periodically freeze and display incorrect data. This make it difficult to makes the right decision when betting!!!

                            I decided to refresh the page and clear the browser cache as the support team advised. This helped fix the problem with live statistics freezing. Now the data is displayed correctly, and I can again fully use the service for real-time betting.

                              After canceling my bet, my balance on Parimatch was not updated. The moneys was not returned to the acount, although the bet wase rejected!!!

                                When you try to set up two-factor authentication on your account, the system does not send confirmation SMS mesages. This leaves my account vulnerable and I would expec better protection from such a large platform!!!

                                  I do not receive notifications about the completion of matches and bet results on my account!!! This cause me to miss important events and reduces the quality of my gaming experience. Suport has not yet ben able to resolve this isue!!!

                                    I contacted support and sent them screenshots of the transaction. They responded quickly and the money that was stuck was credited to my account. Glad the problem was resolved and I can now use the app again without any lag.

                                      One day, when I tried to log into my Parimatch account, I discovered that acess was blocked and I could not log in. First, I checked whether the login and pasword were entered correctly to eliminate the possibility of an error on my part!!!

                                      After that I contacted support. They promptly reviewed my request and discovered that access was blocked due to suspicious activity on the account. The support service carried out the necessary checks and restored access, and also provided additional recommendations on account security. Now I can use all the functions of the platform again without any problems
