I encountered a problem where after closing the browser and logging into my Parimatch account again, I was automaticaly logged out after a few minutes. This is very inconvenient, since I have to constantly re-enter my data. The problem apeared after the last site update!!!

The problem with automatic logout after logging into your account has been successfully resolved. Parimatch specialists discovered that the failure was related to my browser's security settings. After adjusting them, the site works stably and I no longer encounter re-entry problems. Thanks for the prompt solution!

    While betting live on a football match, the odds on the Parimatch website changed so quickly that I did not have time to confirm the bet. Several times I received a mesage stating that the odds had changed and the bet could not be accepted. This led to me missing out on profitable betting opportunities!!!

    After I reported an issue with quick odds changes on live bets, Parimatch support suggested I try a different browser. I followed their advice and the situation improved significantly. Now I can confirm bets faster and don’t miss out on profitable opportunities. Thank you for the useful advice!

      After updating the Parimatch application on my smartphone, I noticed that some functions were no longer available!! For example, the “Promotions” section stopped loading, and my selected events disappeared from “Featured” matches. I have already reinstalled the application, but the problem remains and now I cannot fully use the platform!!!

      After contacting Parimatch support regarding problems with updating the application, I received a recommendation to update the operating system on my smartphone. After that, all functions worked, and the “Promotions” and “Favorites” sections became available again. Now I can use the application without any restrictions. Thanks for your help!

        I placed a bet on a tennis match, but after the game ended, the Parimatch website did not update the results!!! More than a day has passed, and the “Bid History” section still shows that the bet is “in progress.” This creates inconvenience, since I cannot find out if I have won, and as a result, I cannot manage my balances!!!

        After I noticed that the results of a tennis match on the Parimatch website were not updating, I contacted support. They promptly checked and fixed the problem. The bet results were updated and I was able to see my winnings. Now my balance is fully displayed and I can continue playing without any lag. Thanks for the prompt work

          I, Sachin Gurnani, am filing a formal complaint regarding the non-payment of my withdrawal amount of ₹9, 000 from the betting platform Pari Match. Despite numerous follow-ups and fulfilling all the required formalities, the amount has not been credited to my bank account for over 60 days.

          Withdrawal Amount: ₹9, 000
          Date of Withdrawal Request: 30th June 2024

          Issue Description:

          I initiated a withdrawal request on 30th June 2024 through Pari Match, but the amount has yet to be credited to my account.
          Pari Match requested a bank statement, which I provided, confirming that the funds were not credited to my account. Despite multiple escalations, no solution has been provided, and the issue remains unresolved.
          The customer support team has continuously assured me that they are investigating the issue, but they have not provided a resolution or a clear timeline for when the payment will be processed.

          Actions Requested:

          I respectfully request that your office investigate this matter and assist in resolving the delay. I seek help in ensuring the prompt return of the ₹9, 000 that is owed to me.

          Documents Provided:

          Correspondence with Pari Match customer support
          A letter from my bank confirming the non-credit of funds
          Bank statements

          Summary:

          The withdrawal process has now taken over two months, and despite my continued cooperation, the issue remains unresolved. I am seeking the intervention of the appropriate authorities to expedite the resolution of this matter.

            I accidentally placed a bet on the wrong match and immediately tried to cancel it, but the system did not alloww me to do this, citing a technical errors!!!

                  When trying to place a bet on a football match, the system froze and I did not receive a confirmation. After refreshing the page, the bet was registered twice which resulted in a double bet amount. Suppport has not yet ofered any solutions and I want to cancel the duplicate bet!!!

                      When using the Parimatch website on a tablet, some buttons and sections of the site are displayed incorectly or do not work at all. This makes the beting proces difficult and makes the site unusable on mobile devices!!!

                        Support did a detailed check and explained that the problem with autocashout was caused by a temporary glitch. After fixing the error, I was compensated for part of the losses, and now the function works flawlessly. I'm glad that the problem was resolved.

                          I tried to top up my account through a mobile operator, but the transaction was stuck at the confirmation stage. Funds from the mobile acounte were debited, but did not appear in the Parimatch acounte!!!

                            I had deposited Rs.3500 & Rs.1800 in my Parimatch account but I haven't received that money in my Parimatch account or Bank account. When I contacted my bank they had said that merchant had received the money.

                            I noticed that the odds on live bets are updated with a noticeable delay. As a result, bets are acepted based on outdated values, which is unacceptable!!!

                                    My bet history on Parimatch is not showing correctly, with some wining bets missing and others showing the wrong amount. This creates confusions and makes it difficult to control your finances!!!
